Note： The package is very large and needs to be shipped by sea. The shipping time may take up to 20-30 days. Please do not purchase if you mind the shipping duration.

Freight rules apply to large cages transported on pallets:
  1. The consignee must be able and willing to assist the driver in removing the goods from the truck. Tailgate service is not included but may be ordered for an additional fee (for 113kg large cages).
  2. The driver will not deliver without additional charges, and will not go up stairs (elevators must be used).
  3. The customer must be at home for delivery (you must contact the trucking company to arrange the time).
  4. The customer must note the condition of the products on the delivery receipt when signing. Claims for damages not noted on the delivery receipt will be rejected by the trucking company. If you cannot inspect the goods at the time of delivery, sign and include the information "possible concealed damage".
  5. In this order, please leave your phone number and preferably contact us in advance to ensure complete delivery. Free delivery of large cages may not apply to intermodal points (remote areas). In such cases, we will contact you.
