1. ORDER & PAYMENT
(1)HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service or Contact Us and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.
(2)IS IT SAFE TO BUY ONLINE?
At Birdcagelab, we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers.
All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Paypal and Payoneer. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Shoplaza.
(3)VAT / TAX
VAT (20% tax) is included in product prices.
(4)WHO DO I CONTACT ABOUT MY INVOICE?
If you have any questions about your Invoice, please Contact Us quoting your order number. They will be more than happy to help answer any questions or resolve any problems.
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CYCLE
Default Express Shipping for non remote areas is free when orders above $60 . The estimated delivery time for regular express shipping is approximately 10-15 days. However, if you purchase custom handmade products, please add an additional 10-15 days for production time on top of the delivery time.
If you require expedited shipping, customers can choose an alternative express shipping method by paying the price difference. The details are as follows:

3. PRODUCT SIZE
Different bird cage/ parrot cages have different sizes and weights, please refer to the product page for details.

Due to the fact that our birdcages are all handcrafted high-quality eco-friendly products, the cost of shipping is also relatively high because of the size and weight. Unless it is due to quality issues or shipping errors that are attributable to Birdcagelab, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any problems with the goods or there is indeed a need for a return, please feel free to contact us. We will definitely provide you with a satisfactory after-sales solution.
